Oh no, he'd better SPEED up!
I think the dramatic lines are a great addition to give a sense of urgency for him to move his bloomin' arse! The background reminds me of that video by A-Ha, "Take On Me." Oh, I like that you've got Cap'n Uh-Merica breaking the border. Nice.
