I agree with the others, very nice eyes, kind of sad-surprice in them

I was thinking the same thing Caroline said...'hey, where'd my body go?'

Great illo.

Summer time cowgirl, eh? Full time country bumpkin here. I like the illustration. What'd you use to color it?

It seems as if you've caught both emotions in this illo! Those huge green eyes are amazingly expressive, even without the help of the eybrows. I really like the blues and greens you've used with the red mouth as a nice accent.

Totally agree with Carla and...the eyes do work even without the help of the eyebrows! Nice work!

Now I am a bit surprised at all the comments this illo is getting! Thank you all so much for taking the time to comment!

To answer Penguin I use Adobe Illustrator and a wacom tablet to draw up my pencil sketches.

I hope to post another pose of her looking surprised. This time with a body! Lol

Is she watching any vampire? The great moon and the face terrified of the woman... Misterious and beautiful illo

Lovely as always! I have never used a tablet but I'm hoping to get on for Christmas and can't wait to try it.

My guess would be it's not a good surprise. I love how you captured her sadness as well as her surprise. Nicely done.
